• Create a comfortable, elegant ambiance by always preparing table settings and maintaining service stations in line with all Company standards.
• Consistently provide helpful explanations and suggestions on the menu and offer assistance with wine pairings.
• Always deliver Food and Beverages as requested, promptly, in the correct service order, follow up to ensure each guest’s needs have been met and suggest solutions to any issues.
• Maximizes wine and beverage sales by invitingly offering suitable choices.
• Always follow all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including HACCP protocols.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills required for this position:

• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage as a Waiter/Waitress, within Luxury property hotels. Experience of Micros Operation System. Very good knowledge of Food & Beverage.
• Ability to prioritize different tasks and requests coupled with proven organization skills.
• Food & Hygiene certificate and Health & Safety Awareness an advantage.
• Good level of English language both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• A passion to succeed in a fast-paced quality environment.
