Revenue & Distribution Executive
X Crown & Champa Resorts – Naifaru, Lhaviyani, Maldive….
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Revenue & Distribution Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team within Crown and Champa Resorts.
You’re Responsibilities:
• The Revenue and Distribution Executive is to support the Director of Revenue in executing and implementing revenue management strategies and to support the day-to-day reservations technical operations of Crown & Champa Resorts.
• The primary elements will include reviewing daily pick-up, updating online content, updating online offers, occupancy and ADR forecasting, strategy adjustments, and reporting in accordance with the Director of Revenue.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
• Responsible for using all revenue management tools, practices, and techniques to help develop optimization and revenue-generating strategies for the resorts in the short, medium, and long term.
• Work in liaison with sales and reservations departments as a team.
• To maintain and control all online channels and revenue systems
Our Requirements
• A diploma or Higher in the Hotel Industry field is required.
• A minimum of 1 vear of hands-on hotel revenue management experience or a minimum of three years of experience in the field of hotel reservations is required.
• Highly skilled in Opera PMS
• Working knowledge of Oracle Vision Report writing
• Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel
Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets
• Experience in Microsoft Power Bl is an advantage.
• Highly skilled in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Considerable skill in simple mathematical calculations without error. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
