Crown and Champa Resorts is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Leader to join our team at Kuredu Island Resorts & Spa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about managing people and overseeing all human resources aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.

Your Responsibilities:

• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement performance management programs to maximize employee productivity and engagement.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
