HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Crown and Champa Resorts is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Leader to join our team at Kuredu Island Resorts & Spa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about managing people and overseeing all human resources aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.

Your Responsibilities:
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement performance management programs to maximize employee productivity and engagement.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office.
