• Deliver watersports instruction following the VDWS syllabus and the Q adventure SOG
• Assist in the preparation, organization, delivery and the running of activities for all guests both on and off the water
• To ensure the highest standard of health and safety is adhered to and that guests are advised on the practical/safe use of all equipment, as per Hotel Policy and SOG
• To take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of all equipment
• To ensure that the appearance of the beach, the beach racks and equipment always meets guest expectations
• The ability to work well, both independently and as part of the team
• To set up, pack up, and help all guests using our equipment each day
• To be prepared to move between different resorts according to the operational needs of the business and to fulfil your contractual end date
• To be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties as requested by your manager
• At the first point of guest contact, you should be confident to consistently deliver excellent and personable information about the Water Sport activities and resort.

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks pre-op/post-op.

• Attend all meetings conducted by water sports in-charge.
• Manages company social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
• Assist and engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
• Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
• Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
• Report about any faulty equipment or technical problems to the manager
• Participate in all training and community work conducted by the Hotel and Centre.
• Update administration software, other required reports and records

• VDWS Assistant Instructor Course Catamaran Sailing/Windsurfing
• Niyami Course Certificate Level 2
• First Aid certificate that is valid for the duration of your contract – This should be a minimum 6-hour practical course providing a certificate that is valid in the workplace
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
